Student of the Year

Yesterdays classes voted yesterday - I am trying to make sure that the vote is fair and everyone gets the same chance - we want to do this right - this is only fair to all our students

Students get a vote (worth 1 vote) and teachers get a vote (worth 2 votes - they teach you) - this is the way that it is done in TY - just to let u know

Bank Team

A massive well done to the bank team - without them - we would not have been at the match on Tuesday - a massive well done for all the hard work both in getting all the accounts set up and also in the organisation of the trip - thanks

Driving Theory Test/Interviews

Interviews are in the middle of May - everything - scrap book, E-Portfolio, driver theory test must all be completed

Can all students on this list please email me to confirm that they either have been working on the award and will be going on the adventure challenge and getting your medal  in May OR that you have not worked on the award and so wont be on the adventure trip. If you do not email me I will assume you are not working on the award and so will remove your name from the list for the medal etc. Will all students who are working on the bronze award please make sure to have a letter from me for the adventure challenge as the money/permission slips are due in soon.

Auditions

School musical auditions on Monday at lunch time for tys!! Practice over the weekend now!!!

Tuesday

All students are required in class up until 1110 - you do not have to wear uniform if you are going to the Ireland game - you can come to school in whatever clothes you are wearing to the Ireland game - bring plenty of warm clothes - remember - green!!!

If you are not going to the Ireland game - there will be no classes after 1110 and therefore you will have to go home - you can not stay in school - please make the appropriate arrangements - thanks

There will probably be some shopping time on the way up the road - please bring DVDs as well - thanks

Tomorrow event management

Any students from Ms Nee's events management class that are not going to the make up tutorial should talk to Ms Cotter in the morning as there may be a few places in the tree planting activity available   at the 11.10 class. Old shoes, wellies or boots are essential and prepare for outdoor work. Warm coat and hat also important. ONLY HARDY BUCKS NEED APPLY.

Wednesday April 26th, Thursday April 27th is now booked for your Adventure Challenge so please keep these dates free. If there is any problem with these dates come and see Mr Walsh ASAP. You will be receiving a letter soon outlining the cost etc.
